Story # 501"The Planet of Doom" (Presented in 5 Parts)
Written by Jonithan Patrick Russell Based on an idea by Ronn Smith
When the TARDIS arrives on a planet doomed to be blown apart by an approaching asteroid, the Doctor and his companion, the floating camera bot Eye, discover two races at war! Both are a group of soldiers desperately trying to repair their damaged ships in the hope of getting off the planet before the impact, and yet both are still hell-bent on destroying each other in the war effort!
Can the Doctor save both factions, or must he choose? Meanwhile, who is watching all this from orbit? Who is really in control of this situation? Are both sides merely puppets in someone else's war game? Only the Doctor can discover the truth! But can he do it before the approaching asteroid strikes the planet?
